Sky Views

When you look into the sky what is it that you see? Do you ever just stop and look up? If you have been following me on my Facebook business page, you have seen me post quite a bit about what I see when I look up. I love the sky at all times of day. Sunrise, sunset, at the darkest time of night, it is all simply beautiful.

The sky has brought me much healing in some of the times I have needed it the most. One of the most memorable times was around the time one of my friends had passed away. It was the morning of her funeral and I had decided to go down and sit by the water, she had loved the water so much. I felt like this would be a good time to try and connect with her and just be in the present moment. I looked up to the sky and saw the clouds in the perfect shape on an angel. Wow! It took my breath away.

The other day I was also feeling all sorts of feels. My oldest son started school and it was an emotional start to the day. I didn't really take the time I needed for myself until later in the evening, when I really felt I was going to lose my shit. The kids were full of energy, mom (ME) was taking in everyone's emotions and it was just an ahhhhh feeling. So I decided to go for a walk to try and ground my energy a bit. While I was on the walk, I decided to just stop and look up. I looked up and saw Divine guidance which calmed me in that moment. This is what I saw…

The sky is really magnificent in all forms. I feel so connected to the Divine when I take that moment. There are times when I lay down and gaze to the sky. Looking at the trees in a whole new view. Like this one time I was laying in a hammock and looked up to see this view…

I could go on forever with sharing the pictures of the sky that I have taken. My point is this, when you are feeling sad, overwhelmed, whatever it is you may feel. Stop, look up and be present. Is there a message that the sky is showing you? Lay on the ground and find shapes out of the clouds. It is so therapeutic. l’d love to hear from you! If you have any pictures of the sky and a story to go with it, shoot me an email at

I’d love to hear from you!
