Week 1 – Re-entry & Presence
Coming back into your body and creating a felt sense of safety and awareness.
Week 2 – Self-Connection & Honesty
Listening to what’s actually happening inside you — without judgment or fixing.
Week 3 – Choice & Self-Trust
Reconnecting with your inner signals and honoring them in everyday life.
Week 4 – Integration & Staying
Learning how to remain present with yourself and carry this work forward.

Hi, I’m Brittani!
I work with women who feel capable, aware, and accomplished — yet sense they’ve been living a little disconnected from themselves.
My work isn’t about fixing or transforming you into someone new. It’s about creating space for you to slow down, come back to yourself, and reconnect with your inner sense of truth in a grounded, real-life way.
This journey was born from my own lived experience.
At the end of last year, an unexpected moment (well many moments throughout 2025) asked me to step back, listen more closely, and be fully here with myself again — without rushing to make meaning or move on. That season reminded me how essential presence and embodiment are, especially when life feels uncertain or overwhelming.
I created Fully Here as a space I would have wanted myself — supportive, spacious, and honest. A place where you don’t have to perform, explain, or push — only show up as you are.
I’ll be guiding and walking through this journey with you. With gentle structure, grounded practices, and steady presence. I will hold the container while you reconnect with yourself in your own way.
You don’t need to be ready.
